Profile
Schaufler Tooling specialise in building diecasting dies up to 50 metric tons for aluminium and magnesium applications such as inlet manifolds, instrument panels, transmission housings, engine blocks, structural and body parts . A strength of 130 employees enables us to handle long-term and high volume programs.
Our cooperation with Fischer Tool & Die in Temperance, Michigan provides for repair, maintenance and re-inserting of dies which have been exported to the US and Canada.
We have joined forces with Bühler Druckguss AG to set up the Diecasting Center Laichingen DCL, where we can offer trial castings and process optimisation to ensure a smooth transition to production casting. Customers have also learned to appreciate our resources for small batch production when they are faced with capacity shortages or want to run samples without having to invest in new plant long before SOP.
